- 1.5 cups cooked chickpeas
 - 1/4 cup lemon juice (l large lemon)
 - 1/4 cup tahini
 - 1 clove garlic
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1/2 teaspoon cumin
 - 2 to 3 tablespoons water
 
mix tahini and lemon juice first 
add olive oil, garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt 
add half the chickpeas and blend for a minute 
add the rest 
add water if it's too thick

- 1 cup sesame seeds
 - 2 to 4 tablespoons grapeseed oil
 
toast sesame seeds on skillet 
blend 
add oil if too crumbly
